The Village at Fawcett’s Pond Apartments consists of two 3-story Cape Cod style wood framed buildings. We are located near downtown Hyannis, on Cape Cod, close to the national seashore beaches, the Kennedy Compound, the shopping center, and the local Senior Center. Surrounded by 5-acres of stunning landscape, the community is set back from the main road with a picturesque view of Fawcett’s Pond. Residents can relax or fish from the private pier, tend to vegetables, herbs and flowers in the community garden, or those that prefer a vigorous social life can join the weekly coffee hours and frequent functions offered throughout the year in the community room.
The Village at Fawcett's Pond is an elderly, handicap, and disabled community. Our waiting list is 2 years on average for 62+, and 3-5 years on average for 61 and under with a handicap / disability.
